What can I expect from The Messi Experience?
The Messi Experience is an immersive, interactive multimedia experience inspired by the life and career of Lionel Messi. As part of its world tour, The Messi Experience is now in Puerto Rico—don’t miss it!
Where is The Messi Experience located?
The Messi Experience is located at El Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla, San Juan, PR 00918.
Is parking available on-site?
El Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla is next to Estadio Hiram Bithorn, which has ample parking (parking cost is NOT included in the ticket price). The Messi Experience does not validate parking tickets and is not responsible for anything outside the event.
Are there accessible parking spaces?
El Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla offers parking spaces for people with disabilities.
Is there access for the press and influencers?
Reporters and social media influencers seeking access to information or interviews should email marivel@oneonone-pr.com with clear identification of their request and/or the media outlet they represent.
How long does it take to see the entire exhibition?
Once admitted, most visitors complete the exhibit in 75 minutes to an hour. However, there is no time limit after entry. If you'd like to stay longer in any room or exhibit, feel free to inform the staff.
What time should I arrive?
Please allow for traffic, parking, and entry delays. Arrive early enough for your tickets to be scanned 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Tickets at the door are subject to availability; we recommend purchasing online in advance.
What are the opening hours for the experience?
Monday to Thursday: 10 am - 8 pm
Friday to Sunday: 1 pm - 8 pm
The last admission is one hour before closing.
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition is held indoors.
Can I take photos/videos inside the experience?
Yes, capture the special moment! Please share using #TheMessiExperience.
Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organizer. Even if your photography equipment only appears professional, you may be asked to remove it from the exhibit space.
Is merchandise available?
Yes, there is a gift shop available at the end of the tour.
Is food and drink allowed inside the exhibit?
Food and beverages are not allowed once you enter the exhibit.
What payment methods are accepted?
For ticket purchases at the box office, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ATH, ATH Móvil, and cash are accepted. For American Express, you’ll need to purchase online or through PRticket’s call center.
Are restrooms available inside the exhibit?
Restrooms are conveniently located near the exhibit.
Is the exhibit wheelchair accessible?
The Messi Experience is fully wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring my pet?
Only registered or validated service animals are allowed.
Can I bring my stroller?
Due to capacity and emergency evacuation restrictions, we ask that you limit stroller use during your visit. We also ask you to refrain from bringing large bags, backpacks, diaper bags, or baby carriers.
How will lost items be managed? Should visitors return to the experience? Whom should they contact in these cases?
You can check with the on-site team first or contact us. Visitors may not be able to return to the experience unless permitted by on-site staff.
Prohibited and permitted personal items
We recommend leaving valuables, large bags, and other personal items at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.

- Walkers, scooters, and other mobility aids
- Small personal point-and-shoot cameras, including smartphones
Prohibited items:
- Paints and sprays
- Permanent markers
- Weapons of any kind
- Food and drinks of any kind (including alcohol)
- Bicycles, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, skates, and scooters that are not mobility aids
- Camping chairs
- Professional photography or video equipment
- Tripods
- Cigarettes or vapes

Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available on PRticket.com or at the box office at Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the door.
What are the different ticket options and prices?
Adult tickets: $40
Child tickets: $20
Is my child the right age to attend?
This exhibit is suitable for all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does my child need a ticket to enter?
Children aged three and older require a ticket. Children under three can enter with any paying adult.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, simply send the code to the person to whom you wish to transfer the tickets.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Refunds are only available in case of event cancellation.
I don’t see a QR code. Is that normal?
The code appears when you open the green "mobile ticket" button or the blue "print at home" button.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
If you purchased tickets online, check your email for a message from PRticket; tickets are received at the time of purchase. If you still can’t find them, please contact PRticket or the box office at Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla.
What if I’m late?
We ask all visitors to arrive as close as possible to the ticketed time. Early or late admission is not guaranteed. If your arrival time is affected, please contact PRticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your tickets will be validated directly from your mobile device.
Are audio guides available? Audio guide languages?
No, audio guides are not available.
