What can I expect from The Messi Experience?

The Messi Experience is an immersive and interactive multimedia exhibition inspired by the life and career of Lionel Messi. As part of its world tour, The Messi Experience is coming to New York & New Jersey, offering fans a unique opportunity to step into the world of one of the greatest footballers of all time.

For our New York & New Jersey exhibition:

Mobile Ticket Sales: All advance tickets will be delivered via email or mobile entry. We strongly recommend using mobile ticket delivery for a seamless experience.
Sanitary Measures: Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue, and guests are encouraged to practice good hygiene.
Timely Arrival: To ensure smooth entry, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Where is The Messi Experience located?

The Messi Experience will take place at American Dream Located at: 1 American Dream Wy, East Rutherford, NJ 07073, United States

Can I use public transportation to get there?

Yes. Bus: NJ Transit Bus 355 runs directly from Port Authority Bus Terminal (NYC) to American Dream. Train: Take any NJ Transit train to Secaucus Junction, then a short bus or rideshare to American Dream. Subway + Bus: Take the NYC Subway to Times Square / 42 St, walk to Port Authority Bus Terminal, and take NJ Transit Bus 355 to American Dream. American Dream is located right next to MetLife Stadium, which can help when setting directions.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, American Dream offers on-site parking. We recommend Parking Deck C Level 3, which is closest to The Messi Experience.

Are accessible parking spaces available?

Yes.

Do you provide press and influencer access?

Media personnel and social media influencers interested in covering the event should submit a formal request via email, including media credentials, to our email info.themessiexperience@ryveworld.com

How long does the experience take?

Most visitors spend between 75 minutes exploring the exhibition.

What time should I arrive?

To allow time for parking and security screening, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Late arrivals may be accommodated based on capacity but are not guaranteed entry.

What are the opening hours?

Monday - Sunday: 9 AM - 9 PM

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The Messi Experience is held entirely indoors, making it accessible year-round regardless of weather conditions.

Can I take photos or videos inside the exhibition?

Yes! Visitors are encouraged to capture their experience and share it using #TheMessiExperience. Professional photography and videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without prior written consent from the event organizers. Professional camera equipment, including tripods and stabilizers, is not permitted inside the venue.

Is merchandise available?

Yes, we offer a variety of official Messi Experience merchandise which will be available for purchase at our on-site store.

Are refunds or exchanges available?

Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Ticket exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Please check the Customer Portal to make changes to your tickets, subject to availability. Prices may vary depending on the day and time selected.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE THE EXHIBITION?

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the exhibition.

What payment methods are accepted?

The Messi Experience operates as a cashless venue. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Are there restrooms inside the exhibition?

Yes, restrooms are available within the exhibition venue.

Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring a service animal?

Yes, registered service animals are permitted.

Can I bring a stroller?

Due to space limitations and emergency evacuation routes, we strongly discourage stroller use inside the exhibition. Large bags, backpacks, and baby carriers are also not permitted.

How are lost items handled?

If you lose an item, please check with on-site staff. Re-entry to the exhibition is subject to staff discretion.

Recommended: Leave valuables, large bags, and personal items at home. All bags entering or exiting the venue are subject to inspection.

Is this event suitable for children?

Yes, the exhibition is family-friendly. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children aged two and under do not require a ticket. All other guests must purchase a ticket.
